What items do you collect?

We collect everything and anything from WEEE Waste Electrical items, Office furniture and paper & cardboard

Do I need to do anything in preparation for the clearance?

Yes please, get everything into one area and clearly label what has to be taken away using post it notes.

Will the large items be collected from inside office?

Yes, we can collect large items from inside the office but some items such as desks and comms rooms data equipment may have to be dismantled on site.

What will happen to the electrical equipment after it is collected?

We are licensed and governed by the local authority and will provide a certificate to certify the collection and disposal of WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) ethically and responsibly.

How are confidential documents disposed of?

All confidential and sensitive data containing documents are shredded and destroyed

Will you be doing the loading of the waste, if I require a wait and load service?

A wait and load service usually involves the customer loading waste onto the back of the vehicle, but if needed then labour can be hired at an extra cost.

How far in advance do I need to make a booking?

A minimum of 24 hours is always best to secure a booking, but if you can book in advance it is better.

Can we set up an account, as I will need multiple collections?

Sorry no, we don’t do accounts we just do one off an ad hoc collections.

Do you collect hazardous waste?

Yes we collect all hazardous waste except for asbestos. Hazardous waste that we collect are as follows:

  • Fridges Freezers
  • Paint
  • Tyres
  • Fluorescent tube
  • Fire extinguishers
  • Monitors

Do you do night collection?

Yes, we do night and out of hours collections at an additional cost
